Clinical Observation on Knee Kneading-Patella Pushing-Acupoint Pressing Combin ed with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules for 79 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis wit h Blood Stasis Syndrome
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of knee k neading-patella pu shing-acupoint pressing combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules for kn e e osteoarthritis with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 180 cases(248 knee s) were randomized into treatment group(90 cases,125 knees) and the contro l group(90 cases,123 knees). Both groups were given glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, while votalin emulgel and manipulation was added in the control group and the treatment group respectively. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by co mparing the scores of knee movement function and the Western Ontario and McMaste r Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC) osteoarthritis index before and after tre atment. Results The treatment was conducted completely to 79 cas es(111 knees) in the treatment group with 11 cases(14 knees) lost and 76 cases(103 knees) in the control group with 14 cases(20 knees) lost respectively. There was no significant difference bet ween groups in expulsion rate(P0.05).After treatment, the scores of knee move ment function were significantly increased and WOMAC index were significantly de creased in both groups(P0.01).Comparing with the same stage in the contr ol gr oup,the increase of knee movement function scores and decrease of WOMAC index w ere significantly higher in stage I and Ⅱ in the treatment group(P0.05 o r P0.01).The excellence rates of the treatment in stage I and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).The difference in effective rate between groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusio n The manipu lation of knee kneading-patella pushing-acupoint pressing could effectively re li eve the symptoms and improve the joint function, especially for knee osteoarthri tis patients in stageⅠ and Ⅱ.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
