Abstract
Objective: To establish a simple method for measuring the risk threshold value of fracture in middle and old aged female. Methods Three groups of female were included in this study:23 in the young group,31 in the middle and old aged group (non fractured) and 39 in the middle and old aged group (fractured). The ratios of anterior to posterior height and middle to posterior height of the third lumbar vertebra (Ha3/Hp3, Hm3/Hp3) and the posterior height of the third lumbar vertebra to that of the forth lumbar vertebra (Hp3/Hp4) were measured respectively with radiological method.Result The values of Ha3/Hp3 and Hm3/Hp3 in the middle and old aged group (fractured) (ranging from 81% to 90% and from 76% to 85% respectively) were far lower than those of middle old aged female non fractured group (ranging from 86% to 100% and from 86% to 95% respectively ) and the young group (ranging from 91% to 100% and from 86% to 95% respectively ) ( P 0.01). Conclusion Ha3/Hp3≤90% or Hm3/Hp3≤85% can be used as the risk threshold value of fracture in middle and old aged female .

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
