Abstract
Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of chronic back pain patients, and it's determined factors.Methods:169 chronic back pain patients(pain group)and 114 health control(control group)were assessed with the Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)、Athens insomnia scale(ASI)、Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI).Results:①The score of ASI,BDI and BAI and the ratio suffering insomnia in pain group higher than control group significantly(P≤0.01),The score of PPI,BDI,BAI in the pain with insomnia group higher than pain without insomnia group significantly(P≤0.05 or P≤0.01);② In pain group, the score of ASI were correlated to the time of pain per week, pain intensity, and factor score of SF-MPQ,BDI,BAI significantly(P≤0.01);The time of pain per week, the score of BDI,BAI can predicate the sleep quality. Conclusion:Pain, anxiety and sleep problem are common in chronic back pain patients, sleep quality related to the time of pain per week, depression, anxiety.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
