Abstract
he ionosonde is one of main ionosphere facilities based ground. In August 2010,CMA has finished the constructing of a ionosonde station in Kezhou(39.72°N,76.18°E),where is the westernmost of China. In this paper, the main characteristic parameters of CADI ionosonde in Kezhou,a new antenna design for CADI ionosonde and its test result are shown. And the comparison between the Kezhou ionosonde station ionograms and Baker(Canada) ionosonde station(52.16°N,106.53°W)ionograms in October 1,2010 shows that the qualities of their ionograms is basically consistent.Kezhou ionosonde observed the ionospheric varies during the solar flare on February 2,2011 and it proves that ionosonde observation has important application value to HF communication. Finally, the analysis result of the Kezhou,Rome ionosonde(41.9°N,12.5°E)data and IRI2007 from August to October 2011 is fowling: 1) there is basically a agreement between Kezhou median foF2 trend and Rome's;2) the Kezhou median foF2 is agree with IRI2007 in August, there is some difference in October, however,IRI mode value is higher than Kezhou median foF2(more than 8%) in 10:00~13:00,September and 4:00~14:00,October;3)there is obviously biteout in Kezhou median foF2 data in October and September.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
