Self-control Study of 585nm/1 064nm Dual-wavelength Laser in the Prevention of the Hyperplasia of Postoperative Scars
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 585nm/1 064nm dual-wavelength laser in the prevention of the hyperplasia of postoperative scars. Methods Postoperative scars of thirteen cases were averagely separated to two parts longitudinally. One part was randomly chosen as treatment group and was treated with 585nm /1 064nm dual-wavelength laser, and the other part remained untreated as control group. All patients were followed up 3,6 and 12 months after treatment to evaluate the effectiveness by Vancouver General Hospital Burn Scar Assessment score. Meanwhile, adverse event was also recorded. Results The Vancouver General Hospital Burn Scar Assessment score of treatment group were 4. 85 ± 1. 07,3. 15 ± 0. 99 and 1. 54 ± 1. 13 in 3,6 and 12 months after treatment, respectively, while the control group were 8. 08 ± 1. 38,6. 92 ± 1. 75 and 5. 31 ± 2. 14 respectively. There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group among the three follow-ups. Conclusion 585nm /1 064nm dual-wavelength laser is an effective and safe treatment for the prevention of the hyperplasia of postoperative scar, and worthy of extensive clinical application.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
