Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

According to the principle of tetrazolium(2,3,5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride, abbreviation TTC)staining method for the determination of seed viability, research different concentration of the tetrazolium solution, staining temperature and staining time for the determination of eggplant seed viability, figuring out the optimum condition for the determination of eggplant seed viability. The results showed that there was a certain correlation among the concentration of the tetrazolium solution, staining temperature and staining time,by changing one or two of the three can achieve the purpose of changing other two or one, therefore,it's possible to determine the optimum condition according to the actual need.Compare different conditions of TTC method for testing Jing Qie Hei Ba eggplant seed viability. This paper put forward:processing combination 23,soaking seeds in water at 30℃for 4h,concentration of the tetrazolium solution is 1%,staining at 35℃for 18 h,is the optimum processing combination, which is the suitable TTC method for rapid determination of Jing Qie Hei Ba eggplant seed viability.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
