Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fufang Danshen Diwan(FD) on the cognitive function and β-amyloid protein(Aβ) in diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 164 diabetic patients complicated with CHD were randomly divided into 2 groups, and treated with either FD or isosorbide mononitrate(ISMN).Before and after the treatments, blood sugar, blood lipids and total ischemia burden(TIB) were measured;the cognitive function was evaluated every 4 weeks according to the Mini-Mental State Examimation(MMSE) and Blessed-Roth Dementia Scale(B-R) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA);Aβ level was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: After treatment with FD,the insulin sensitive index and lipid metabolism index were remarkably improved(P0.01) as compared to ISMN group. The improvement of TIB was equal in the two groups. After 16 weeks' treatment, the Aβ level declined by 4.31±1.12 pg/ml in FD group, but did not change in ISMN group. After 16 weeks' FD treatment,MMSE increased by 1.88±0.31,B-R decreased by 0.8±0.1,and MOCA increased by 3.6±0.6;there were significant differences(P0.05) before and after the treatment. Conclusion:Fufang Danshen Diwan obviously improves the cognitive function of diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart disease;this may be due to reduction in Aβ formation.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
