Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The pandemic influenza A/H1N1 in human initiated in Mexico on March 18,2009,has been spread worldwide in the globe and also to China.Novel A/H1N1 swine influenza has broken species barrier from human to swine and poultry, and caused successively outbreaks or epidemics in North America,South America,Oceania. The first outbreak of novel A/H1N1 swine influenza emerged in pigs in Canada of North America on April 21,2009;and on June 24,2009 in Argentina of South America;and as far away as in Australia of Oceania on July 24,2009.Much wtrse the first case of novel A/H1N1 swine influenza arose in the bird(turkey) in Chile next to Argentina in South America on July 23,2009.The epidemics present a significant change in epidemiology: ①Breakthrough of species barrier from human to swine and avian;②Breakthrough of geographic barriers, outbreaks of the epidemic occurred in three continents in a various magnitude. Therefore, our health authorities, veterinary authorities and entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus should pay close attention in high alert to implement strict bio-security measures to prevent the epidemic from entering China, particularly to avoid the mutual transmission among people, pigs and birds.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
