Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The inhibitory activity and the location of endogenetic inhibitory substances of Rehd.et Wils.seeds were investigated in this study. The crudeextracts from different part of the seeds of S.sphenanthera were prepared using methanol and distilled water as impregnant and diluted in 5 mass concentration grads. The inhibitory activities were determined by its effect on the seeds of Brassica sp..The result indicated that endogenetic inhibitory substances which obviously inhibited the seed germination and the plumule growth of Brassica sp.exist in the seed coat and kernel of S.sphenanthera seeds, and the inhibitory activity was positively related to the mass concentration of the crude extracts. The inhibitory activity methanol crude extracts was stronger than aqueous crude extracts when they were from the same part of the seeds and in the same mass concentration. The extracts from the seed coat could inhibit Brassica sp.seed germinating and plumule growth at a higher level than that from the kernel when they were prepared by the same impregnant and in same mass concentration. In Conclusion, both of the seed coat and kernel had highly active endogenetic inhibitory substances. This result suggested that endogenetic inhibitory substances might be the main reason of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.long period dormancy.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
