Relationship Between ~1H-MRS Measurement and Diagnosis of Vascular Cognitive Impairment None Dementia
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationships between the changes in intracranial metabolism and cognitive impairment in the patients of vascular cognitive impairment no dementia(VCIND),using 1 H-MRS.Methods:A total of 25 patients of VCIND(Group A)and 23 patients of normal cognitive impairment(NCI)(Group B)were enrolled in the present study. The participants were evaluated by using MMSE and MoCA.Meanwhile, the visual spatial and executive function were rated.According to the evaluation results, the 1 H-MRS was performed to measure the concentrations of NAA and Cho to Cr in the bilateral temporal lobe regions. The potential correlations between the ratio of NAA and Cho to Cr and the McCA value, visual spatial,or executive function were analyzed. Results:With respect to the NAA/Cr ratios, there is significant difference between the NCI(left temporal lobe region of 1.52±0.071,right temporal lobe region of 1.51±0.06)and VCIND(left temporal lobe region of 1.37±0.08,right temporal lobe region of 1.42±0.06)(P0.05).In VCIND,there is positive correlation between the decrease of NAA/Cr ratio and MoCA value. No significant difference was found between Group A and B in the Cho/Cr rati-os(P0.05).Conclusion:The evaluations of intracranial metabolism in the temporal lobe region by using 1 H-MRS are critical important to the diagnosis of VCIND in early stage.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
