Screening of Actinomycetes and Effect of Its Fermentation on Seed Germination of Wheat
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Eight strains of actinomyces were selected to inhibit mixed bacteriums with 50 g/mL K2Cr2O7 added into GA from soil in Luonan county of Shaanxi province.Actinomyces A 4 had stronger biocontrol effect to the disease germs,so as to get the growth promoting to shangmai 5226 and triticale. The results showed that the different concentrations fermentation of actinomyces A 4 had growth promoting effect on Seed Germination and radicle growth of wheat, and had obvious influence on its growth traits. With increasing of dilution multiple of fermentation, the wheat got the growth promoting effect increased gradually. When fermentation was diluted with 50 times, fermentation of actinomyces A 4 got the optimal induction to wheat. When two kinds of wheat were cultured in 18 h,actinomyces A 4 fermentation fluid was diluted with 50 times, germination of shangmai 5226(95.33%)was higher than that of triticale(90%),and germination index of shangmai 5226(6.926) was higher than that of triticale(5.361).Two kinds of wheat were cultured at 6 h,radical length of shangmai 5226 was longer than ck,and it was longer than that of triticale.Radical length of triticale was longer than ck.Therefore actinomyces A 4 can improve significantly growth and development of shangmai 5226 and triticale.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
