Relationship between ATPase Activity and Conjugated Polyamines in Mitochondria Membrane from Soybean Seedling Roots under Osmotic Stress
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The relationship between ATPase activity and contents of noncovalently conjugated-polyamines,were investigated in mitochondria membrane from seedling roots of two soybean(Glycine max L.) cultivars,Yudou 24(drought-tolerant) and Yudou 6(drought-sensitive) under osmotic stress. On the 7th day, after polyethylene glycol(PEG)-6,000 treatment, the ATPase activity decreased more significantly in Yudou 6 than in Yudou 24,while the content of noncovalently conjugated-spermidine(Spd) increased more significantly in Yudou 24 than in Yudou 6.Under osmotic stress, exogenous Spd treatment resulted in enhancing the increase in noncovalently conjugated-Spd level and inhibiting the decrease in ATPase activity in Yudou 6,and enhancing its tolerance to stress.Treatment with ethylglyoxal-bis(guanylhydrazone)(MGBG),which is an inhibitor of Spd biosynthesis, resulted in inhibiting the increase in noncovalently conjugated-Spd level and enhancing the decrease in ATPase activity in Yudou 24,and decreasing its tolerance to stress. The results suggested that the noncovalently conjugated-Spd enhance the adaptation of soybean seedlings to osmotic stress via maintenance of ATPase activity in mitochondria membrane.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
