Pathogenicity determination of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus isolates to Pine thunbergii
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The pathogenicity of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus isolates from China,Japan and Canada with 3 to 4 year black pine(Pinus thunbergii)seedlings was determined. The results showed that their pathogenicity differed from one another. The mortality of black pine ranged from 0 to 87 5%,and the RHS index 0 to 110.The pathogenicity of isolates from China was greater than that of strains from Japan and Canada.Pathogenicity of BxCN1?BxCN3?BxCSC and BxCZD is lated from China was stronger, with a mortality of 87 5% and the RHS index more than 90.In the 6 isolates whose dead rates were 87 5%,the BxCN3 population from Nanjing averaged the shortest death time of 38 days.In all of tested populations, the dead process of the population BxCZD from Zhejiang was slowest being 14 days in black pine.Latent infection without obvious symptom was found in pine tree seedlings inoculated with the pathogen;it is important for the disease to spread.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
