Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To study the characteristics of personality and P300,and to explore the influence of sertraline on P300 and quality of life in patients with female urethral syndrome(FUS).Methods 84 patients with FUS and 76 healthy controls were assessed with Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16-PF),P300,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),WHO Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) at baseline. After 12-week treatment of sertraline, patients with FUS were reassessed with MoCA,WHOQOL-BRFF,P300 and Female Urethral Syndrome Scale(FUSS).Results Factor scores of warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, opening to change, perfectionism in 16-PF in FUS group were significantly lower than those in control group(P 0.01).While factor scores of sensitivity, vigilance, apprehension, tension in FUS group were significantly higher than those in control group(P 0.01).At the baseline, scores of MoCA,amplitude of P300,factor scores of physical domain, psychological domain and social relations domain in WHOQOL-BREF in FUS group were significantly lower than those in control group(P 0.01),score of HAMA and latency of P300 in FUS group were significantly higher than those in control group(P 0.01).Compared with baseline, amplitude of P300 and factor scores of three domains mentioned above in WHOQOL-BREF in FUS group increased significantly, and scores of HAMA and FUSS decreased significantly at the end of the treatment(P 0.01).However,amplitude of P300 and factor score of psychological domain in WHOQOL-BREF in FUS group at the end of the treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P 0.01).Conclusion There are serious personality abnormalities and cognitive dysfunctions in patients with FUS.Sertraline can improve cognitive function and quality of life of patients with FUS.P300 can be used as a sensitive index for the evaluation of cognitive function.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
