Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The relationship between the oocyte nuclear maturation and the cumulus expansion was studied. The results are as follows: (1) The cumulus expansion was affected negatively when oocyte-cumulus complexs were exposed to maturation medium containing hormone during the culture period; (2) There was no obvious relationship between oocyte nuclear maturation and the cumulus expansion grade; (3) The cumulus still underwent expansion even though the oocyte was removed microsurgically; (4 ) The removal of cumulus cells after 24 hours of culture had no effect on oocyte nuclear maturation; but the proportion of oocyte with intact-Pb in the treated group was obviously higher than in the control group (P0. 01) and the quality of oocye membrane in experimental group was also better than in the control; (5) The COC with some mural granulosa cells showed a better expansion grade and a higher rate of oocyes with intact-Pb than those COC cultured without mural granulosa cells.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
