Abstract
Objective To study the clinic al curative effect of puncturing point Renyin deeply for trigeminal neuralgia.Method The 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 patients per group. In the treatment group, the point Renyin was needling deeply to treat the disease,1 time of treatment a day,10 times a day in 1 course, the other course was going on after 3 days. After 3 courses of treatment the curative effect was evaluated. In the control group, the patients took orally carbamazepine tablets,150 mg atime,3 times a day, efficacy was evaluated after continuously taking 1 month. Results Efficient rate in the treatment group was 96.7%,in control group 86.7%(χ2=10.27,P0.05);on the scale of the two groups in the Mcgill, the pain rating index(PRI) sensory points,PRI emo-tional points,PRI score, visual analohuc scales(VAS),the present pain intensity(PPI) were compared,in addition to PPI,the differences of remaining four indicators were statistically significant(P0.05,P0.01 respectively);followed up in 1-year,the recurrence rate was 21.7% in treatment group and 35.0% in control group(χ2=4.26,P0.05).Conclusion Deep needling point Renyin is effective for trigeminal neuralgia and analgesic effects, and the recurrence rate is low, safe and reliable.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
