Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the effect of mesenteric lymphatic duct ligation on acute lung injury after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)in rats. Methods Forty healthy SPF SD rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=10 in each group):blank group, sham group, intestinal I/R group, and intestinal I/R with the mesenteric lymphatic duct ligation group(I/R+L group).Lung injury was assessed using the HE and TUNEL method.Myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity and the concentrations of NO and NOS in the tissue homogenate were measured by enzyme-linked assay. Results Compared with the intestinal I/R group, the pulmonary epithelium necrosis in I/R+L group significantly decreased(P0.05).The NO and NOS concentrations in the lung tissue homogenate were also significantly lower in I/R+L group than in I/R group(P0.05).In addition, the MPO activity in I/R group significantly higher than in other three groups(P0.05).Conclusion Mesenteric lymphatic duct ligation can remarkably relieve lung tissue damage caused by intestinal I/R and reduce the incidence of acute lung injury, which may be explained by the fact that mesenteric lymphatic duct ligation reduces the absorption of locally produced cytokines.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
