Effect of Diaomo Zhibeng Ye on Progesterone(P) Progesterone Receptors(PR) of Rats with Extra Estrogen and Ovariectomy
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of the different dose medicine(Diaomo Zhibeng Ye)on the Progesterone(P),Progesterone Receptors(PR)of rats with the extra estrogen and the ovariectomy,To reveal effective mechanism of Hypothalamus-Pituitary gland-Ovary Axis(HPOA)regulation channel on condition that is the effective part of drug of medical cure.To probe molecular biology mechanism on treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:40 female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 group:Control group(A),Modle-Making group(B),Lower dosage group(C),Higher dosage group(D).Rats were to ovariectomy surgery,to set up an animal model-complex hyperplastic endometrial. The serum concentrations of progesterone were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA),Expression of Progesterone Receptor(PR)in endometrium cells were detected by immunohistoche. Results:The pregestrone level in serum:Compared with Group B and Group C,there is significant difference(P0.01),there is statistical significance between Group B and Group D(P0.05),there is no statistical significance between Group C and Group D(P0.05).The expression of the PR in endometrium:PR of the Group C and Group D is obviously cut down compared with Group B,every group have significant difference(P0.01);there is no statistical significance between Group C and Group D(P0.05).Conclusion:Diaomo Zhibeng Ye could regulate P,PR through direct or indirect effect to refrain from Endometrial Hyperplasia.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
