Analysis onRecent Infected HIV-1Patients among Newly Reported HIV Cases in Sichuan from 2010-2014
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To understand the epidemiologic characteristics and the relevant factors of those recently infected HIV-1cases among the newly reported human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)cases over the past few years in Sichuan. Methods All the newly reported HIV-positive serum from the first quarters of 2010-2014 in Sichuan were tested by using the BED HIV-1incidence capture enzyme immunoassay(BED-CEIA)to identify those recent HIV-1infection(BED positive)samples and related socio-demographic characteristics. Results In the first quarter of 2010-2014,the newly reported HIV-positive cases in Sichuan were 1702,1403,1761,2011 and 2568,with BED positive rate among them as 22.80%(388),23.88%(335),22.71%(400),22.53%(453)and 25.20%(646),respectively.The majority of newly reported HIV cases of each year were male with ethnic Han and Yi,and education level of middle school or below. In recent years, newly reported HIV cases over 50 years old showed a significant increase. The major route of transmission changed from sexual contacts(46.83%)and drug injection(48.11%)in2010to sexual contacts(73.64%)in 2014.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(under 20 years old age group),ethnic(Yi)and homosexual transmission(MSM)were the major influencing factors of the new infections. Conclusions The situation of HIV infection is serious among youth, elderly, ethnic Yi and the MSM group in Sichuan, and may cause the risks of rapid spreading. Therefore, the prevention and control efforts should focus on those groups of people.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
