Abstract
[Objective]To understand tableware disinfection effect in catering trade in Decheng district,enhance supervision and inspection.[Methods]Supervision data on tableware disinfection in 633 canteens from 2002 to 2004 in Decheng district were analyzed.[Results]9 869 sets of tableware were tested from 2002 to 2004,7 007 of them were up to the standard.The qualified rate was 71.00 %.It was 63.37%,70.98%,82.06% in 2002,2003 and 2004 respectively(P0.01).The qualified rate of bowls was 62.88%,dishes was 73.77%,cups was 64.37%,table spoons was 79.88%,chopsticks was 80.07% (P0.01).85.54% of the big restaurants were up to the standard,middle and small restaurants were 71.84% and 67.18% (P0.01).The qualified rate in the first,second,third and fourth quarter was 80.11%,60.73%,68.22% and 78.94% respectively (P0.01).[Conclusion]The qualified rate of tableware was not high.
