Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial effect of anti MRSA antibody against meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. METHODS The serum containing anti MRSA antibody was obtained from the rabbits after injected subcutaneously meticillin resistant S. aureus isolated from the infected wounds of patients. The titer of anti body was detected with modified immunodiffusion. Anti bacterial tests were done on the culture medium on which MRSA grew and anti bacterial effects were compared between the experimental group and the control one. RESULTS Antibody titer was 1∶32. The counting of colony on medium of experimentol group was less than that of control one. CONCLUSIONS The antibacterial effect of anti MRSA antibody against meticillin resistant S. aureus in vitro was significant. It was suggested that anti MRSA antibody play an important role in prevention and treatment of MRSA infection.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
