Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsule( CCYC) for preventing post-stroke impairment of cognitive function. Methods With randomized,single-blind,placebo-controlled design,61 cases were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with oral administration of CCYC,4 pills per time, three times per day for continuous 12 weeks. 31 cases in the control group were blank controlled. Mini-mental state examination( MMSE) and Montreal cognitive scale( MoCA) were adopted to assess the cognitive function. Results After treatment, the differences of MMSE and MoCA in two groups were not significant( P 0. 05). The attention and calculation score in MMSE in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05); the attention score and calculation score, abstracting ability score in MoCA were higher in the treatment group than control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The CCYC could reduce the impairment of attention and attention during prevention treatment.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
