Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To study the dietary intervention effect on cognitive ability in patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods 90 patients with hypercholesterolemia and mild cognitive impairment( MCI) were randomly divided into research group and control group according to the blood cholesterol levels,45 cases in each group. The patients of research group took capsules with 1000mg fish oil and were given daily dietary intervention for 12 weeks, the control group were given dietary intervention for 12 weeks. The total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) levels and the cognitive ability were measured both before and after treatment. Results TC、TG、LDL-C levels were significantly reduced( p 0. 01) and HDL-C was significantly increased after treatment,TC of the research group was reduced lower than the control group( P 0. 01); The MoCA score of the control group decreased, there was no statistically significant difference compared with before, but in note( P 0. 05) and delayed recall( P 0. 01) scores were significantly decreased; MoCA scores of the Research group increased, the difference was statistically significant compared with before( P 0. 01),mainly embodied in the abstract and delayed recall scores. Conclusion Individualized diet therapy can reduce total blood cholesterol levels in patients with mild cognitive impairment, further fortified can both reduce total blood cholesterol and improve patients' cognitive situation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
