Abstract
In order to research the allelopathy of Leymus chinensis grassland litter on medicinal plants of S.divaricata and B.chinense,three kinds of different level of L.chinensis's aqueous(B:16.2 mg/mL;C:32.3 mg/mL;D:64.6 mg/mL)was used,comparing with distilled water(A),their effect on seed germination and seedling growth of S.divaricata and B.chinense was investigated with the method of bioassay.The results showed that aqueous extracts had no significant effects on the seed germination.Different concentrations of aqueous extracts had significant effects on early seedling growth,especially on root growth of S.divaricata and B.chinense.The results showed that aqueous extracts had no significant effects on embryo,though the allelopathy of aqueous extracts from the litter of L.chinensis grassland on the embryo of B.chinense was promoted,but on the embryo of S.divaricata was inhibited.Aqueous extracts had significant effects on root growth(p0.05) of S.divaricata and B.chinense.Compared with the control,the results had shown inhibition on seedling weight when the aqueous extracts concentration was D.
