Analysis on polymorphism of paraoxonase 2 gene in Chinese Hainan Han healthy nationality
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective: In order to investigate the distribution of paraoxonase 2(PON2) gene polymorphism in Chinese Hainan Han nationality and provide a basis on the study of pathogeny of diseases associated with PON2.Methods: paraoxonase 2 genepolymorphism of 207 unrelated healthy individuals in Hainan was studied by means of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results: The PON2 gene polymorphisms(148 Ala/Gly and 311 Cys/Ser) were demonstrated, the frequencies were GG0.116、GA0.237、AA0.647、CC0.111、CS0.411、SS0.478 respectively. In Hainan Han nationality, the frequencies of the paraoxonase 2 genotype were significantly different in someone genotype(P0.05) with subjects of Taiwan,Scotland,England,Russia,Canada,African American,Caucasian American,or Australia. Conclusion: These results suggest that there are significant differences in the distribution of PON2 gene between Hainan Han nationality and other ethnic population.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
