Application analysis of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital during first quarter of 2010
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current status and development trend of hypoglycemic agents use in our hospital to provide guidance for clinical medication. Methods:The weekly sales of the amount of oral hypoglycemic agents,DDDs,average daily costs in the outpatient pharmacy during the first quarter of 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:During the first quarter of 2010,the top 3 rankings in the sales values of oral hypoglycemic agents were in turn α-glucosidase inhibitors, sulfonylurea, insulin sensitizing drugs;the top 3 rankings in DDDs were in turn glimepiride, acarbose, metformin;glimepiride had minimum DDC.The prescriptions with combined use of hypoglycemic agents were 771,accounting for 20.08% of total prescriptions. Conclusion:The application of oral hypoglycemic agents is basically rational, the new drug consumption shows increasing trend, the old drug still holds the corresponding proportion.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
