Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In this study,it evaluated early-maturing populations of Canada resistance to head smut by artificial inoculation and using genetic mating design of NC Ⅱ to research Canadian corn population heterosis. The results showed that the inbred lines performanced resistance accounting for 85.2% of 61 Canadian corn populations without high susceptible material.10 populations which EP17-11,EP17-13,EP25-1,EP9-3,EP17-4 etc.were higher GCA than that of other populations. They could be used to group with a combination of higher production and use of great potential.61 lines derived from Canada populations were classificated into seven clusters according to SCA effect,11 had close genetic relationship to K10,respectively,5 had close genetic relationship to KF53,respectively,11 had close genetic relationship to KL298,respectively,10 had close genetic relationship to Dian11,respectively,10 had close genetic relationship to Dong46,respectively,10 had close genetic relationship to He344,and 5 had close genetic relationship to Jingqi, respectively.Reid group and Canadian corn populations had good heterosis and showed a higher yield increase. These populations had a great value in mature corn breeding for disease resistance in China.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
