Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of intracranial atherosclerosis on cognitive impairment. Methods A total of patients who haven 't extracranial arterial stenosis were randomly chosen from the hospital patients of Department of Neurology in our hospital(2011.03-2011.10).All patients were divided into four groups on extent of the intracranial atherosclerosis by MRA: mild group(21 cases),moderate group(26 cases),severe group(21 cases) and normal group(20 cases). The general condition risk factors,NIHSS and MoCA of there subjects were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in all groups in age, sex, education(P 0.05).If compared with normal group,we can see: ①The scores of NIHSS in moderate group and severe group were higher than nomal group(P 0.01).②The scores of MoCA in all intracranial atherosclerosis groups were lower(P 0.01 ~ 0.05),and that in severe group was the lowest(19.9 ± 5.26,P 0.01).③Rates of risk factors in severe group were the highest, and the second one was the moderate group.Rates of risk factors ordered from high to low were hypertension, diabetes II,hyperhomocysteinemia, hypercholesterolaemia and smoking.④The patients with anterior cerebral arterial stenosis(32 cases,47.1%) had lower linguistic capacity, attation and computing ability. But the patients with posterior circulation stenosis(15 cases,22.1%) had lower visual spatial ability. Conclusion Intracranial atherosclerosis correlate closely to cognitive function. The cognitive function declines with the level of intracranial atherosclerosis increaing.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
