Abstract
[Objective]To understand the status of tableware disinfection in Panjin,provide scientific basis for prevention of food-borne diseases and food poisoning.[Methods]Data on disinfection effect of various tableware in catering units in Panjin from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed.[Results]33 099 tableware samples collected from catering units in Panjin from 2004 to 2006 were tested.28 397 of them were up to standard,accounting for 85.8%.82.7%、84.6%、89.3% of them were up to standard in 2004,2005 and 2006 respectively.There was a difference(P0.01).The qualified rate was the highest in the first quarter(91.9%) and the lowest in the third quarter(81.4%).There was a difference of the qualified rate in different quarters(P0.01).The qualified rate of chopsticks and cups was 89.5%, while plates was 80.4%.There was a difference of the qualified rate in different tableware(P0.01).[Conclusion]Tableware disinfection in catering units in Panjin was effective,but supervision and inspection must be continuously strengthened,the regulations of disinfection and sanitary management must be implemented in an all-round way.
