Comparision of Brain Edema between Young and Aged Rats with Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To compare the brain edema between young and aged Wistar rats with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods With injection of 50μl autologous artery blood into caudate nucleus, young (3 months old,n=28) and aged (16 months old,n=28) male Wistar rats had T_2 WI,diffusion weighted image (DWI) by 4.7 Tesla MR at 30min and at 24 hours. The permeability of blood brain barrie (BBB) was evaluated by the Evan's blue (EB) extravasation methods at 6,12 and 24 hours, and neurological deficits were examined at 24 hours after ICH. Results At 6 hours the BBB was destroyed both in the aged and young rats, while at 12h the BBB was more damaged in the aged rats. At 24 hours, the aged suffered from more severe neurological deficits and brain swelling than the young. The average lesion volume, including both hematoma and perile- sion edema,in aged group was significantly larger than in the young. Conclusion The aged rats with ICH had more severe dam- aged BBB and neurological deficits than the young.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
