The investigation on the cognitive state of elder patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cognitive state in elder patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) were applied to 120 COPD patients from January 2010 to August 2012 in outpatient and inpatient of General Hospital of Chinese PLA and general medical history was evaluated. The patients with COPD was classified into grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ based on the patient's condition.Receiver operating curve(ROC) was applied for the statistics.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 software. Results 64 patients were in normal cognitive state, and 56 patients were diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment(MCI).The disease duration showed a negative correlation with MoCA scores(r =-0.86,P 0.05). Receiver operating curve analysis demonstrated that the area of under the curve was 0.822.Conclusion COPD patients could be concomitant with MCI,and early mental nursing should be applied.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
