Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

ABATRACT Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of NaokangⅡonpatients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in syndrome of kidney and marrow deficiency. Methods 99 MCI patients were collected and divided into a treatment group of 51 cases and a control group of 48 cases by random number table. The treatment group was treated with NaokangⅡ while the control group was oral administrated with simulationdecoction and 2 months were required in both groups. The effect of treatment and adverse reaction wereassessed by TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard,mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results TCM syndrome efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group with significant difference(χ2=15.536,P 0.01);After the treatment, the total score of MMSE and the scores of memory, attention and calculation,as well as the total score of MoCA and the scores of concentration and memory-recalltask in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and before the treatment, which had significant difference. And there was insignificant difference in adversereaction in two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion NaokangⅡ has a good efficacy in improving TCM syndrome and cognitive function for MCI patients with less adverse reaction, which is worth further studying and applying.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
