Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Epoxy resin structural adhesives modified by polyetheramine(D230,D400,T403)and polyetheramine(D2000) were prepared by casting molding method.A series of high elasticity-high elongation epoxy resin systems with simple formula design, were prepared and compared with epoxy systems modified by common aliphatic amine(593#) and Polyether glycol(HF220).The influence of the relative molecular mass, functional degree and structure of the polyetheramine on the tensile property, tensile behavior of the product was investigated by mensurating its tensile strength, breaking elongation, glass transition temperatrue(Tg) and the morphology of fractured surfaces.Load-displacement curves reflect the brittle fracture-toughness fracture-ductile fracture transition.Introduction of flexible D2000 into epoxy systems could dramatically reduce the degree of cross-linking,form relaxible network structure and facilitate the chain motion, thereby improving the ductibility.Furthermore, good synergistic effect between D400 and D2000,the CYD-128/D400/D2000 system have a higher elongation.Thermal analysis indicated that the glass transition temperature decreasesd with increasing D2000 content.Systems with D2000 have better flexibility-elasticity at low temperatures.SEM analysis of tensile fracture surfaces proved D2000 to be an excellent flexibilizer that modifies epoxy systems successfully to form a homogeneous phase structure.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
