Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A novel γ-polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA) producing strain Bacillus subtilis PGS-1 was isolated from soil, which could produce a large amount of γ-PGA in the medium containing glucose and glutamate.Compared with other reported biosynthetic γ-PGA,a lower molecular weight(300ku~400ku) and a narrow polydispersity endowed γ-PGA derived from Bacillus subtilis PGS-1 a promising application, such as in the drug delivery system, cosmetic and water treatment. To achieve an efficient production of γ-PGA,the flask culture medium was optimized by response surface analysis. The experimental results showed that L-glutamate and glucose were the most important factors to the γ-PGA synthesis, and ammonium sulfate was secondly important.Under this conditions, the yield of γ-PGA reached 26g/L,which increased by 44% compared with γ-PGA yield without optimization.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
