Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between mild cognitive impairment and age of onset and disease stage of non demented patients with parkinson disease. METHODS 84 patients with parkinson disease were collected, and were classified according to age of onset and disease stage. There were 38 cases of patients with early PD (early PD group), of which 23 cases were patients with young early PD (young early PD group), 15 cases with elderly PD (elderly early PD group), 46 cases of patients with advanced PD (advanced PD group), of which 26 cases were patients with young advanced PD (young advanced PD group), and 20 cases with elderly PD (elderly advanced PD group). 40 cases of physical examination people diagnosed without positive symptoms of nervous system through outpatient health examination at the same time were selected as control group. Neuropsychological Mini-Mental State Examination scale (MMSE), montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), fuld object memory evaluation (FOM), verbal fluency test (RVR), block test (BD), digit span test (DS) and P300 test were conducted. RESULTS MMSE, MoCA, RVR, BD, DS and FOM presented downward trend with increased of disease stage. P300PL presents upward trend. There were significant difference among early PD group、 advanced PD group and control group (P﹤ 0.05). There were significant difference between young advanced PD group and young control group (P ﹤ 0.05). There were also significant difference among elderly early PD group、 elderly advanced PD group and elderly control group (P﹤ 0.05). CONCLUSION Along with age increasing, cognitive disorder state of patients with parkinson disease declined.The cognitive disorder state of patients with advanced disease declined comparing with early disease patients.
