Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuchong Tongluo capsules combined with Western medicines in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 60) and control group(n = 60).Both groups received conventional treatment to have blood glucose levels controlled within a desirable range,as well as vitamin B1 tablets, mecobalamin capsules, and epalrestat tablets, and the treatment group was given Wuchong Tongluo capsules as an addition. Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group(91.67% vs 71.67%,P 0.01).The treatment group had a significantly more improvement in total Toronto score than the control group(P 0.05).There was also significant difference in nerve conduction velocity between the treatment group and control group(P 0.01).No adverse events were seen in either group. Conclusion:Wuchong Tongluo capsules combined with Western medicines have a satisfactory clinical effect and cause no adverse events in the treatment of DPN.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
