A Comparison between GMP-140 and IL-6 in Treated Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease by Different Anticoagulation Methods
Bibliographic record
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To check the change of Granule Membrane Protein- 140 (GMP-140) platelet surface molecule's amount, plasma GMP-140,and interleukin (IL-6) in the patient with cranial apoplexy, further more to reflect the effect of using different anticoagulation ways.Method:80 cases of this disease and 30 cases of the control group have been detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:the contents of platelet surface GMP-140,plasma GMP-140,IL-6 in transient cerebral ischemia attack(TIA)and cerebral thrombosis groups were obviously higher than that in control groups;comparine the platelet surface GMP-140,plasma GMP-140, and IL-6,we found that their contents was obviously lower than that of pretreatment. It has been found that above mater's contents were drop as time went by. The comparison between before anticoagulation and after anticoagulation in the third day on GMP-140 of platelet and plasma was positive relationship(r=0.05,r=0.65, P0.05).It has effect on the patient when using urokinase and low molecule heparin, but the later is better than the other anticoagulation methods. Conclusion:The theraputic alliance could got the better treatment than the single treatment for the patients with ischemic cerbrovascular diseases.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
