Assurer la continuite de services d'un bâtiment hospitalier apres un seisme necessite, au-dela d'une bonne resistance structurelle, l'operabilite des composants techniques et medicaux indispensables pour maintenir les soins. Dans ce contexte, l'objectif de ce travail de these est de fournir aux gestionnaires techniques hospitaliers une methode globale et de premiere analyse pour evaluer la vulnerabilite sismique du systeme hospitalier vis-a-vis d'un seisme limite de services, generateur de peu de dommages structuraux. La base de ce travail repose sur une methode existante (Visual Screening method) construite essentiellement sur des donnees historiques du comportement des divers composants pendant le seisme. Pour compenser le manque de donnees de retour d'experience, surtout pour les nouveaux composants, nous proposons une methode alternative pour apprecier la vulnerabilite d'un composant en place. Cette methode est basee sur la constitution d'un profil sismique du composant a partir de quinze parametres caracteristiques influencant sa vulnerabilite tels que la masse, la sensibilite fonctionnelle, etc. La methode d'analyse multicritere ELECTRE TRI est utilisee pour affecter le composant dans une classe de vulnerabilite predefinies (non vulnerable, peu vulnerable, vulnerable et tres vulnerable). L'originalite de ce travail repose sur la mise en œuvre d'une analyse de sensibilite automatique du resultat aux parametres de la methode ELECTRE TRI, associee a une prise en compte de l'incertitude sur les donnees saisies par l'utilisateur lors la definition du profil du composant par une simulation de type Monte-Carlo.
