Abstract
高規格道路,高速自動車道などの多車線道路にも適用できる高性能の防雪柵を開発した.この防雪柵は,柵の上段部に飛雪翼型板を,下段部に吹き払い翼型板を組み合わせ構成される.柵に流入する吹雪は,上段部では上向き気流により,雪粒子を遠方まで飛散させ,下段部では吹き下し気流により,路面上の積雪の吹き払いに寄与し,中間部の弱風帯は雪粒子の濃度と風速の低下により,広範囲の視程改善が可能となる.開発は,数値解析による性能認定と柵構造候補の選出,低温風洞による性能の検証,柵の設計に必要な風力係数の測定と耐風性強度の確認を大型風洞で実施した.この結果,柵周辺の風速分布と路面上の弱風帯の形成範囲,飛雪状況などにおいて数値解析と低温風洞実験による柵の性能特性の相関性が充分認められ,4車線以上の幅の広い道路においても良好な視程を得ることができる高性能の柵であることを確認した.
