Abstract
Cette recherche implique des superviseurs et des formateurs oeuvrant dans le programme d’enseignement primaire et d’éducation préscolaire (BEPEP) de l’université du Québec à Trois-Rivières et porte plus précisément sur les savoirs en jeu lors d’analyses conjointes de leurs pratiques évaluatives en formation initiale et en milieu de pratique. Complétée par une recension d’écrits portant sur l’évaluation des compétences professionnelles en formation initiale et en milieu de pratique, les premières analyses montrent que l’implantation des programmes rénovés de formation à l’enseignement donne désormais une place accrue au jugement professionnel. Il importe ainsi de poursuivre le travail de concertation amorcé entre les divers intervenants engagés dans la formation des stagiaires puisque l’amélioration des pratiques d’évaluation doit obligatoirement passer par une compréhension approfondie du fonctionnement du jugement professionnel, en tant que raisonnement cognitif et comme pratique sociale (Allal, à paraître).
