Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract This comparative analysis opposes the notions of accomplished virtue and accomplished vice according to the three modalities which are based on the meanings of the term teleios extracted from the Metaphysics A„, 16. Thus, whereas, on one hand, one understands 'accomplished' in the sense of 'complete' and, on the other hand, in the sense of 'perfect', the author sustains that in both senses the opposition is elucidated -- though for different reasons - by the general states of justice and injustice. When 'accomplished' means 'final', wisdom and intemperance play the role of contraries. These three kinds of contrast correspond, on the other hand, to the Aristotelian representation of human happiness and unhappiness.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
