Abstract
Hintergrund: Im Diskurs um gesundheitsförderliche Lebenswelten wird mit dem Präventionsgesetz der Arbeitsplatz als ein bedeutsamer Lebensbereich mit Präventionspotenzial betont. Dabei werden Aufbau und Stärkung gesundheitsförderlicher Strukturen in den Betrieben unter Beteiligung der Beschäftigten postuliert. Nach dem Verständnis der Ottawa-Charta1 stellt Partizipation als ein Schlüsselkonzept der Gesundheitsförderung eine Grundlage zur Einschätzung von Dauerhaftigkeit angestoßener BGM-Entwicklungen dar.2 Partizipation ist demnach eine für die Qualität notwendige Dimension.3 Bundesweite Bestandsaufnahmen verdeutlichen jedoch, dass Partizipation in der Praxis bisher nicht den Stellenwert besitzt. Gegenwärtig wird vorhandenes Wissen von Beschäftigten und deren eigene Motivation für Gesundheit noch nicht optimal in Projekte einbezogen.4
