Abstract
Droit international de la Mer et Droit de l'Union europeenne, Cohabitation, confrontation, cooperation? est un ouvrage regroupant les textes proposes par les differents intervenants presents lors du Colloque International du droit de la mer, colloque qui s'est tenu les 17 et 18 octobre 2013 dernier au sein du Musee Oceanographique de Monaco, organise par l'Institut du Droit Economique de la Mer (« INDEMER »). Les differents panels composant ce colloque ont pour caracteristique de n'etre quasiment composes que d'universitaires et de personnes travaillant dans la fonction publique europeenne ou internationale, laissant ainsi de cote l'approche « pratique » privee de ce secteur juridique. En outre, ils sont egalement largement domines par des personnes de nationalite francaise ou monegasque, faisant ressortir avec d'autant plus d'importance les quelques personnes membres de l'Europe mais dont la nationalite differe.
