Cet article porte sur le rôle que peut jouer la réalisation d’entretiens sonores et filmés
\nlors de la numérisation d’un fonds d’archives conservé par une structure associative. Le
\nprincipe consiste à penser les liens qui peuvent être créés entre des documents numérisés
\nmis en ligne et les paroles des acteurs de l’histoire ayant manipulé ces documents. L’étude
\nde cas considérée est la conception d’une archive en ligne à partir du fonds de la troupe
\nde théâtre yiddishophone Dora Wasserman. Celle-ci s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet de
\nrecherche international initié par Éric Méchoulan au Centre de Recherches Intermédiales
\nsur les arts, les lettres et les techniques (CRIalt, Université de Montréal, 2011-2014), dont
\nj’ai assuré la coordination scientifique. Le titre de celui-ci, Numériser, filmer et partager les
\narchives, en résume l’enjeu à partir du moment où l’on comprend celui-ci comme
\nl’exposition d’un problème contemporain et non comme l’énoncé d’une injonction
\ns’inscrivant dans l’ère du temps.
