Abstract
Abstract Human liver cells (HepG2) were cultured with individual trans ( t ) 18:1 including t 6‐, t 12‐, t 13‐, t 14‐, t 15‐ and t 16‐18:1, and retention times of their Δ‐9 desaturation products were determined using 100‐m biscyanopropyl‐polysiloxane and SLB‐IL111 columns. Corresponding peaks were found in beef adipose tissues known to have different delta‐9 desaturase activities. Further lines of evidence indicating the presence of Δ‐9 desaturation products of t ‐18:1 isomers in beef fat were developed by analysis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) fractionated using Ag + ‐TLC, and by GC/MS. Some of the Δ‐9 desaturation products of t ‐18:1 have been previously identified in ruminant fat ( c 9, t 12‐ and c 9, t 13‐18:2). Some of the Δ‐9 desaturation products of t ‐18:1 ( c 9, t 14‐ and c 9, t 15‐18:2) have been previously tentatively identified as different fatty acids, and for the first time we provide evidence of the presence of c 9, t 16‐18:2, and where t 6, c 9‐18:2 may elute during analysis of FAME from beef fat.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
