Abstract
A LA JUSTICIA 23 accionar del sistema judicial: es una de las dimensiones principales del acceso a la justicia que, al decir de Cappelletti, debe conducir a resultados social e individualmente justos.Nos referiremos en este trabajo al acceso al uso de los mecanismos que el sistema jurídico provee para la defensa de los derechos, sin perder de vista las acciones y modificaciones que en la vida de las personas provoca ese "resultado social" que se consigue cuando se logra "acceder" al sistema; ese sistema de justicia que nuestros entrevistados denostan, al que se refieren con desdén, pero del cual aún, afortunadamente, claman su intervención al ver vulnerados sus derechos.Sabemos que tema del acceso efectivo a la justicia de las personas en estado de vulnerabilidad ha sido objeto de extensos y muy profundos estudios, así como de profusa legislación constitucional y supranacional 3 .La base de la presente investigación se centra en iluminar dos cuestiones: las acciones de la universidad pública y gratuita en pos del acceso efectivo a la Justicia de grupos vulnerables, y la conexión de tales acciones con la enseñanza de la práctica profesional del futuro abogado.Por tanto, tres grupos de actores
