Diagnosis of the disease of plastic bronchitis in a pediatric bronchoscopy unit
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objectives: The objectives of the study are to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of cases of plastic bronchitis diagnosed at our pediatric bronchoscopy unit Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective study within 04 years (2011-2014) made on behalf of bronchoscopy and video recording Several parameters were analyzed: age, sex, clinical and endoscopic signs Results: The number of cases is 08 (07 boys and 01 girls) aged from 2.5 to 16 years The call signs were in the majority of cases, difficulty in breathing sometimes associated with chest pain or fever All had a chest X-ray and the common radiological signs are atelectasis (03 cases), left lower lobe (02 cases) or the lingula;condensation of the right lower lobe in 02 patients and the left in 01 case Endoscopy allowed to diagnose and extract the mold clamp through a rigid bronchoscope Conclusion: The plastic bronchitis remains a rare disease of unknown etiology. The essential treatement remains extraction a clamp bronchial molds.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
