Abstract
Forms of organization and methods educating of teachers, applied in other countries of the world, are interesting for all world educational community, but here studied not enough. In this article the most successfully functioning systems of continuous trade pedagogical education are considered in the countries of the Pacific coast. In undertaken a study in detail the features of preparation of teachers are described in such countries, as China, Korea and Canada, the questions of receipt of pedagogical education are similarly considered on different levels. Authors tried to give complete enough descriptions of each of these systems, to distinguish advantages and defects. The conducted analysis in area of system of pedagogical education in different countries testifies that with every year new requirements appear to organization of preparation of teachers, pluggings in itself new knowledge, that will allow to take into account necessities and interests of students them, do the process of educating enthralling and cognitive. Drawn conclusion authors, that in the countries of the Pacific coast actively new forms develop in educating and, simultaneously, existent forms improve, it assists the improvement of training of pedagogical personnels in turn.
