Abstract
El Tao de la Liberacion ha sido publicada originalmente en el ano 2009, bajo el titulo original: The Tao of Liberation. Exploring the Ecology of Transformation . En el ano 2014 fue publicada al espanol por la Editorial Trotta con la traduccion de Carlos Martin Ramirez. El prefacio estuvo a cargo de Fritjof Capra. Exhibe ademas la novedad de haber sido tambien publicado como una edicion digital, en formato .pdf. Mark Hathaway ha trabajado durante anos en Canada y America Latina en organizaciones ecumenicas y eclesiales dedicado a cuestiones de justicia social, derechos humanos y ecologia. Es profesor universitario y pedagogo, Actualmente investiga, escribe y ensena el ambiente universitario sobre psicologia, espiritualidad y cosmovisiones ecologicas y su directa relacion con le educacion transformativa integral. Por su parte, Genesio Darci Boff nacio en Concordia , Brasil , el 14 de diciembre de 1938 y es mas conocido como Leonardo Boff. Es un teologo, ex- sacerdote franciscano , filosofo, escritor, profesor y ecologista. Su hermano, Clodovis Boff , es tambien un teologo catolico de la orden de los Siervos de Maria , y esta cercano a la Teologia de la Liberacion . Sin embargo, Leonardo Boff proviene de esta corriente de Teologia de la Liberacion, y no solo eso, se lo conoce como uno de sus fundadores. Leonardo elaboro junto a otros autores la Carta de la Tierra , es un luchador por los Sin-Tierra y esta al lado de las comunidades de base. Su teologia no ha sido aceptada en la Santa Sede de la Iglesia Catolica de Roma.
