espanolLa firma del Acuerdo Economico y Comercial Global entre la Union Europea y Canada constituye un acontecimiento relevante en un contexto d o n d e l a n u e v a p o l i t i c a c o m e r c i a l c o m u n d e l U n i o n e s t a s i e n d o constantemente cuestionada y donde el logro de resultados concretos esta demostrando ser una tarea francamente compleja. El AECG incluye propuestas novedosas en relacion con el establecimiento de l a s inversiones, la proteccion de estas y la resolucion de diferencias entre estados e inversores.
